We ship to all EU countries listed in our policies, but not to non-European or overseas territories. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide; if we need to split it into multiple packages, you won't pay any extra.

No, you will not be charged any customs duties in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and EU member states.
All orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped directly from our warehouse in Zurich. Orders from EU countries are send from our warehouse in Germany.

We only deliver to the countries listed above. For all details (incl. delivery times) please see our complete shipping policy.
Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT+1) are dispatched the same day, Mondays to Fridays.
We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein from our warehouse in Zurich. We ship to all EU member states within the European Union from our German warehouse. We do not deliver to non-European territories and overseas territories.
Returns & Replacements
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please contact us in advance and we'll let you know the return address. You can find out more in our revocation policy.
The condition for the return is that the goods are unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take back opened products for reasons of hygiene.

We do not currently offer a direct 1-to-1 exchange. Please send the item back to us within 14 days as a normal return - we will then refund the purchase amount minus any shipping costs. If your delivery has arrived incorrectly or damaged, please contact our support first; in this case we will of course organise a replacement free of charge.

Payment & Security
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, TWINT, PostFinance Pay, eps-transfer, Klarna, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro and American Express.
Yes, your payment details are encrypted during the entire checkout process. We do not store any card information by default.
To make it easier for repeat orders, you have the option to save your details for faster payment via Shop Pay. You can find more information on this at the checkout under ‘Save for later’.
General Information on Skincare
Use our shop navigation ‘Products by skin type’ or the filter in our product overview and you will immediately be shown suitable products. Each product description also states ‘Suitable for ...’ so that you can quickly see whether an item is suitable for your skin type. If you are unsure, please contact us - we will be happy to advise you.
Here is a brief summary of the J-Beauty routine:
- Cleanser - Apply oil/ milk cleanser and/ or foaming cleanser, then rinse thoroughly.
- Toner - Spread gently to balance the pH value and prepare your skin for subsequent steps.
- Serum - Apply a few drops to moisturise your skin with concentrated active ingredients.
- Mask (optional) - Apply 1-2 times a week as extra care.
- Moisturiser - Apply at the end to lock in moisture and nutrients, and to protect your skin barrier.

Yes, in most cases you can easily integrate our J-Beauty products into your existing routine. Pay attention to the following:
- Sequence - Stick to the light-to-rich layering (cleanser → toner → serum → cream → sunscreen).
- Active ingredients - Only combine strong acids, retinol or vitamin C if your skin is used to them; otherwise alternate products on different days.
- Patch test - Test new products for 24 hours on a small area of skin to rule out individual intolerances.
All ingredients can be found in the product descriptions. Still unsure? Just write us. We will be happy to help you put together the right products.
Check ingredients: Each of our product pages contains the full list of ingredients. Pay particular attention to known allergens such as linalool, citral, geraniol etc.
Do a patch test: Apply the product to the crook of your arm for 24 hours before using it on your face.
If you are unsure: Write us - we will help you to put together a suitable routine.
Seek medical advice: If you have severe allergies, you should always consult your dermatologist first.
Use our navigation under ‘Products by skin type’ for ‘Sensitive skin’ or the ‘Skin type’ filter in the product overview to see products that are suitable for sensitive skin.
According to the manufacturer, most of our formulations are also intended for sensitive skin. However, as many of our products contain essential oils, we do not declare them as ‘sensitive’ across the board. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.
Products & Ingredients
All our products are cruelty-free. Some of our products are vegan. We have listed which products are vegan in the product descriptions under ‘Special features’.
Our skin deserves the best from nature. That's why we offer a special selection of products that are made from 100% high-quality and almost exclusively natural ingredients.
Some products are specifically supplemented by the manufacturers with minimal synthetic substances in order to optimise durability, texture and skin compatibility - always with the utmost care and responsibility.
For us, natural skincare means harnessing the power of plants, avoiding unnecessary additives and creating products that you can rely on day after day - safe, effective and beneficial for your skin.
Yes, our products are free from parabens, sulphates and silicones. We consciously choose manufacturers who use natural ingredients and avoid harmful additives to ensure gentle, skin-friendly care.
Most products remain perfect for 6-12 months after opening or even longer. Look for the small jar symbol (e.g. ‘6M’ or ‘12M’) on the packaging or label - this will tell you the exact shelf life. Store the products in a cool, dry place away from light and they will keep their properties to the last drop.
All our products fulfil the strict safety requirements of the EU and Swiss Cosmetics Regulations and are therefore generally very well tolerated. Some of our manufacturers additionally have their formulations dermatologically tested. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before applying to your face: apply the product to the crook of your arm for 24 hours before using it on your face. If you are still unsure, simply write to us and we will be happy to advise you personally.
Unfortunately, our manufacturers do not currently offer testers / travel sizes. However, you can easily see whether you can take the products with you in your hand luggage by looking at the quantities listed for each product (e.g. volume for liquids smaller than 100ml).
Yes, you will find a detailed list of ingredients for every product on our website. You will also find a brief summary of the ingredients on the outside of the individual product packaging, if the size of the packaging allows this.
We asked our Japanese manufacturers this question and received the following answer: In Japan, there are hardly any certifications as we know them in Europe.
Instead, Japanese manufacturers rely on transparent communication regarding sustainable and natural ingredients. In addition, in Japan, the common good of the people is culturally always prioritised. This is why standardised organic certifications have not yet been established in Japan.
Organic certifications are therefore a predominantly Western concept. However, some Japanese brands with a strong presence in Europe are therefore certified organic in order to build trust here.
Discounts / Vouchers / Bundles
Simply enter the code in the ‘Voucher code / discount code’ field at the checkout and click on ‘Apply’ - the amount will be deducted immediately. You can use one code per order.
If you have received a ‘voucher link’ and navigate to our webshop via this link, it should be automatically applied at the checkout.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or problems with voucher/ discount codes.
If there are any, you will find them in the webshop or we will also communicate them via our newsletter and our social media channels.
We do not currently offer a loyalty program. If we introduce a loyalty program and you would like to be informed about it, please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media.
Customer Account & Data
Under ‘Menu’ you will find the item ‘Account’. There you can simply enter your e-mail address and you will receive a so-called ‘magic link’ in your e-mail inbox. As soon as you click on the link in the e-mail message, you will be redirected to our webshop and have created a customer account.
You can also create a customer account when paying at the checkout by entering your e-mail address in the ‘Contact’ section and ticking the box ‘Email me with news and offers’, or by clicking on 'Log in' and following the above procedure with the ‘magic link’.
You don't need a password with us. Simply enter the e-mail address you last used to shop with us and we will send you a ‘magic link’ by e-mail, which you can use to log in directly to our webshop with just one click.
Log in to your customer account, go to ‘Addresses’ and click on 'Edit' or ‘Add new address’, then save it - done. If you have already ordered and paid, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will be happy to change your delivery address.
Unfortunately, we can no longer change your billing address after payment. If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will cancel it free of charge so that you can place a new order with the correct billing address.
